Feeling-based domain

feeling perspective

The feeling-based domain – an area of cognition in which a person perceives and interprets reality through emotions, impulses, and stimuli coming from both the external environment and within themselves.

Our experiences are referred to as:

  • intuition,
  • the energy we feel when entering a space,
  • inner dialogue,
  • creativity,
  • a refined sense of beauty,
  • multitasking,
  • multi-threaded thinking,
  • sensitivity to others,
  • tension or calm in the body,
  • an impulse to act,
  • spontaneous reactions,
  • the emotional perception of situations.

In the feeling-based domain, intensity is key. It can lead both to high sensitivity, creativity, and strong intuition, as well as to distractibility, forgetfulness, impulsivity, difficulties in maintaining long-term focus, excess energy, or a sense of inertia in action.
